DMM Kariyushi Aquarium ( DMM Kariyushisuizukan )
An entertainment aquarium where visitors can enjoy the "environment where Okinawan creatures live" recreated using visual expressions and spatial performances.
Newly opened in June 2020.
The area is divided into two sections, one representing a subtropical forest and the other representing the ocean, where visitors can enjoy the various creatures that live there.
The subtropical forest area includes a variety of freshwater fish, lizards and other reptiles, penguins, otters, and birds.
In the area representing the sea, various tropical fish, corals, jellyfish, rays, etc. are on display.
A virtual aquarium with a giant screen is also on display, showing whale sharks, giant cuttlefish, and other species swimming in a powerful way.
There is also a cafe and a souvenir shop in front of the exit.
The museum is attached to the "Iias Okinawa Toyosaki" and visitors can also enjoy shopping there.
"Chura SUN Beach" is right in front of the hotel, and you can enjoy various Okinawan activities in the surrounding area.
